This piece took me quite a while to work on. It wasn't so much the piece really but coming up with the perfect imagery for the concept. Every time I thought about working on the piece I kept getting blocked up, this is actually the second piece I worked on but I'm favoring this one because it gives more of the dream feel. And going off the "dream feel" I was stuck on what kind of dream would I represent more, something we all dream of or something we shy away from. As you can see I posted a bit of both. Dreaming of having a romantic beautiful wedding where dancing in clouds with butterflies in the air is something we could only dream of having one day. Then there are times where we dream of running, running from life, running from danger or just simply running into the unknown. Jareth the Goblin King with his gloved hands fears no dream and welcomes the viewing at all times.



So this is my piece for the contest for Within Dreams among our DA world who loves anything related to Jim Henson's Labyrinth.
